Aim: To provide a review and benchmarking assessment of the current advertising inventory and income, with a few to a future tender strategy.

Process: We worked with the Senior Commercial Management team to investigate, evaluate and benchmark currently inventory and income, providing a detailed assessment of the French advertising market and interviewing senior figures within the airport advertising industry and key media agencies to gain an overall view of future potential.

Outcome: We produced a report and detailed presentation to the ATB Board, working with the senior team to develop their future strategy and starting the process of defining and designing future inventory with a close eye on integration with digital, online and wayfinding objectives.
