Aim: Working for a strategic investor to provide assessment of the potential for advertising growth at Toulouse-Blagnac airport and Ljubljana Airport as part of a bidding process.

Process: Working with a team of strategic advisors including Arup, Steer Davis Gleeve, Ernst and Young, Ancala and Morgan Stanley to interrogate the IM and virtual data room, evaluate the existing advertising income, developing a strategy and yield projections to inform a 30 year business plan

Outcome: Our client was the winning bidder who completed on the deal to buy a 49.99% stake in Aeroport Toulouse-Blagnac.
